@MonaApp When clicking on a link or @-ing someone, it gets a background colour and a pretty big padding around it. Can we have an option to remove that? Same goes for when clicking on a post on the timeline and opening it, the background colour is the accent colour, would be cool if that can be removed as well. Thank you!
Hey @MonaApp, since Pleroma doesn't let Mona know the aspect ratio for image thumbnails, could you add the option to fit the image within the rectangle instead of having it cut off to fill? Tired of having to touch every single thumbnail...
I really like what @Mastodon@mastodon.social has done with that thing where if you put a bunch of hashtags at the very end of a post, it displays them in a more circumspect kind of way
@MonaApp Does Mona support Markdown? I tried `code` and that didn’t work. It would be nice to have support for the basic ones like code, *italic*, **bold**, etc.
@MonaApp hey . I’m super impressed by your app and its speed. Can you share how did you manage to show UIActivityViewController so fast? All other apps it’s very laggy… Do you cache the instance on launch or something?
The app loads the UIActivityViewController with a short delay just after starting the presentation animation (of its custom container view controller), so that the loading of UIActivityViewController doesn’t block/delay the presentation animation from starting, making it feels faster and more responsive.
@MonaApp is there a way to streamline the look of the link previews and get rid of all the redundancy? I tried toggling the settings but could not get anything better.
Well detail view is supposed to be “detailed” which shows as much info as possible that the post author provided. If you are really bothered about it, you can contact the original post author and ask them to remove the duplicate text.
